Community Guidelines

1. Treat people with respect

Don't:

• Bully, threaten, or intimidate anyone.
• Harass someone or keep contacting them after they've asked you to stop, blocked you, or declined a message request.
• Pile on, coordinate harassment, or encourage others to target a person.

2. No hate or dehumanizing content

We don't allow content that attacks, dehumanizes, or promotes hatred against people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or serious medical condition. Slurs and hateful symbols aren't welcome here.

3. Sexual content and conduct

• No sexually explicit material, nudity, or pornography.
• Absolutely no non-consensual, exploitative, or coercive sexual content, and no sexual harassment.
• Never share intimate images of another person without their consent.
• Any sexual content involving minors, or any sexualization of minors, results in an immediate ban and a report to authorities.

4. Dating and connection honesty

When you use dating and connection features, don't:

• Catfish or use fake, misleading, or stolen photos and identities.
• Coerce, manipulate, pressure, or deceive someone into a relationship, meeting, or transaction.
• Solicit for commercial sex, escorting, or sugar arrangements.
• Use the platform to recruit for anything, run a side hustle, or sell to other members.

5. Violence and self-harm

• No threats of violence and no glorifying or encouraging violence against anyone.
• No promoting or encouraging self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders.
• No dangerous "challenges" that could seriously hurt someone.

6. No spam, scams, or manipulation

• No spam, bulk messaging, or bot activity.
• No scams, phishing, fake promotions, or "investment" and crypto schemes.
• No multi-level-marketing recruiting or pyramid schemes.
• No asking other members for money, gift cards, or financial help under false pretenses.

7. No illegal activity

Don't use Firewalker to buy, sell, or facilitate anything illegal (including drugs, weapons, stolen goods, trafficking, or fraud) or to help anyone evade law enforcement.

8. Respect others' privacy

• No doxxing. Don't post someone's private information such as their home address, phone number, or financial details.
• Don't share private messages, photos, or screenshots of another member without their consent.

9. Be yourself

Don't impersonate other people, brands, or organizations, and don't pretend to be Firewalker staff or claim an affiliation you don't have. One person, one account.

10. Keep challenges and metrics honest

Challenges, habits, streaks, and leaderboards only mean something if they're real. Don't fake activity, log results you didn't earn, use bots, or otherwise game rankings and metrics.

11. How we enforce these rules

We may remove content, reduce its visibility, restrict features, suspend accounts, or ban users when we believe these guidelines have been violated or a member's safety is at risk. We use a mix of member reports and our own review, and we try to match the response to the severity of what happened. We may act without prior notice when the situation calls for it.

12. Reporting and appeals

If you see something that breaks these guidelines, use the in-app report and block tools on the profile, message, or content in question. Reports are confidential. If you believe we've made a mistake with your account, you can reach us through the Help & Support page.
